Doka GmbH, a world leader in innovative formwork solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Receptionist cum Admin & Sales Support to join its dynamic team in Riyadh. As a key member of the office staff, you will provide exceptional support to the business operations, ensuring seamless communication and administrative tasks are executed with precision.

- Assist with administrative tasks, including document registration, copying, distribution, and filing, as well as monitoring and ordering office supplies.
- Support the sales team with commercial invoices, shipment documents, and project presentations, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings, and assist with visa requirements and other business-related tasks.
- Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify trends for improvement, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales documents, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Qualification in administration, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service agent.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- Dynamic personality, reliable, and confident team player.
