- Essential Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar software
