About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Expansion Manager to join our team at Help AG, an e& enterprise company. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Saudi Arabia market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business expansion strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

  • Maintain existing client relationships and identify new prospects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

  • Foster strong relationships with vendor partners to enhance sales opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT networking or information security, preferably in the Saudi - Riyadh region.

  • Established relationships within the finance industry, enabling effective client acquisition and partnership development.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, drive growth, and develop strategic initiatives tailored to the financial sector.

  • Strong knowledge of information security tools and vendors, such as Splunk, F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.

  • Sales Certification from various vendors.

  • Ability to manage long-term client relationships and CXO-level negotiations.

  • Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others.
