Role Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' journeys across various touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer needs and preferences.

Experience Improvement Initiatives

Design and implement strategies to elevate the overall customer experience and drive revenue growth.

User Acceptance Testing

Manage user acceptance tests for marketing products and services to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

CX Measurement and Insights

Analyze customer feedback, measure CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES), and provide actionable insights.

Product Journey Analysis

Facilitate product journey analysis, gather feedback, and collaborate with relevant teams to enhance the customer experience.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Conduct financial analysis on data products and CX services to inform business decisions.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer care teams to educate stakeholders about product features and benefits.

Campaign Evaluation

Evaluate marketing campaigns' effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Additional Responsibilities

Perform tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Leadership and Strategic Thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Solid Understanding of Reporting
  • Experience in Financial Services or Banking
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience
