About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Unifonic Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for building trusted advisor relationships with high-value customers and guiding them in maximizing the value of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with customers and internal teams to develop Customer Success Plans, including QBRs, Executive Business Reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust with customer stakeholders and drive meaningful outcomes through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Adoption Strategies: Develop and execute adoption strategies for high-value accounts, focusing on AI products, change management, and package fulfillment.
- Churn Mitigation: Proactively identify risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize churn and revenue contraction.
- Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in marketing automation, customer support, and AI, sharing insights to benefit customers and the broader Solutions team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
- Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS business models, excellent communication skills, and ability to articulate complex problems clearly to different audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, computer science).
