Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conference Producer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing conference tracks, speakers, and budgets for large-scale events with over 10,000 attendees.
You will work closely with our sales team to generate new business ideas and enhance our conference portfolio. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates will ensure seamless event execution.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in events management, with a proven track record of delivering conferences within tight deadlines. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with good understanding of Asian markets, particularly China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in events management, with at least 2 years in conference production
- Demonstrable experience in delivering conferences with over 10,000 attendees
- Good understanding of Asian markets, particularly China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
