Sales Growth Manager

Lucidya seeks a seasoned Sr. Account Executive to lead key client relationships and propel revenue expansion. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business intelligence solutions to drive organizational success.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on SaaS product features and updates, communicating this knowledge to clients.
- Craft and negotiate contracts to maximize profit potential.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Regularly report progress to internal and external stakeholders, monitoring key account metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven track record as an Account Executive or similar sales role.
- Experience working in the government sector and knowledge of GOV procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Strong SaaS product knowledge and technical information conveyance skills.
- Prior experience with CRM software, MS Office, and MS Excel.
- Superior listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
