Foreground LLC is a marketing communication group with regional and local expertise in all aspects of Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Social Media, and Public Speaking. We are looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

Estimated Salary: 12000 - 18000 SAR/month

Main Responsibilities:

As an Event Project Manager at Foreground LLC, you will oversee all aspects of event projects, from concept development to post-event evaluation. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, meticulous planning, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of events. Your expertise will be key in enhancing client satisfaction and engagement, making a significant impact on the event landscape.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelors degree in Event Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event or project management, with a focus on large-scale events.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi event industry, including trends and regulations.
  • Must be an Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
