- Operate Payments goals and P&L in collaboration with Payments Country Lead. These goals and initiatives are across improving payment experience, affordability, access, engagement, and reducing costs.
- Contribute to Payments product strategy and the prioritization for the country, across different payment products & programs.
- Lead specific payment programs end to end, including its strategy, P&L, and initiatives.
- Foster partnership strategies in the KSA Payments ecosystem to enhance the payment offering of Amazon.sa.
- Secure, sign-up, and manage working relationships with payment partners. Negotiate and finalize business contracts with partners, ensuring favorable terms for Amazon.sa.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the fintech and payments space.
- Represent Amazon.sa at Payment's industry events and conferences to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Represent Payment's team internally to the larger Amazon.sa team. Collaborate with internal Payments Team (Product, Finance, Legal, and Ops) and broader Amazon.sa team (leadership, marketing, finance) to achieve the goals and objectives.
- Contribute to Payment planning for Amazon shopping events and key strategic programs. Contribute to the customer/market research and benchmarking studies to provide localized inputs.
