Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership Skills: The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: You will analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Salesmanship: Must have extensive experience in sales, with the ability to prospect, qualify leads, build relationships, and follow up on new business opportunities.
  • Managerial Skills: You must be able to train and develop your team's sales skills, as well as implement consultative selling techniques to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales management experience, preferably in the startup or logistics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take accountability for results.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus.
