Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Trade and Sales Executive to join our team at Principalia. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by managing stock levels, executing merchandising standards, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

In this position, you will be responsible for selling and executing authorized products, packages, and promotions, as well as soliciting/selling marketing equipment and additional selling directives. You will also submit daily activity reports to the Supervisor detailing sales performance, market coverage, and competitors' activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability.
  • Work with Merchandisers to execute the Merchandising Standards established for the market.
  • Achieve the daily and monthly sales targets by ensuring complete availability of products.
  • Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule.
  • Sell and execute all authorized products, packages, and promotions.
  • Solicit/sell all marketing equipment & additional selling directives.
  • Submit a daily activity report to the Supervisor detailing sales performance, market coverage, and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
