This is a high-impact role that requires a proven track record of success in B2B events sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in conference sales, specifically for smaller shows with limited marketing budgets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to target key stakeholders in the industry.
  2. Engage in telesales activities, demonstrating resilience in a competitive market environment.
  3. Aim to sell high-value items, ideally in the range of $10k to $100k.
  4. Identify and contact top prospects, including a targeted list of the top 50 stadium architects.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure collective achievement of sales targets.
  6. Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  7. Draft and review business proposals and customer contracts.
  8. Stay informed on trends and changes in the stadium and event management industry.
  9. Attend relevant industry seminars and events to nurture relationships.
  10. Proactively develop skills and knowledge in sales excellence.
