About the Role:
This is a high-impact role that requires a proven track record of success in B2B events sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in conference sales, specifically for smaller shows with limited marketing budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to target key stakeholders in the industry.
- Engage in telesales activities, demonstrating resilience in a competitive market environment.
- Aim to sell high-value items, ideally in the range of $10k to $100k.
- Identify and contact top prospects, including a targeted list of the top 50 stadium architects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure collective achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Draft and review business proposals and customer contracts.
- Stay informed on trends and changes in the stadium and event management industry.
- Attend relevant industry seminars and events to nurture relationships.
- Proactively develop skills and knowledge in sales excellence.
