About Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides administrative support to multiple senior leaders in KSA. Your tasks will include maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, creating documents, and assisting with research projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars, identifying potential conflicts and resolving them promptly.
  2. Coordinate all meeting and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution.
  3. Create high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications and company templates.
  4. Conduct research projects efficiently, utilizing the Intranet and Internet resources.
  5. Maintain contact lists and update SalesForce CRM with new business contacts.
  6. Support new client opportunities, including initial input into SalesForce and conflict checks.
  7. Capture time and expenses accurately within FTI systems.
  8. Maintain reconciliation of Amex statements as required by Executives.
  9. Assist in prioritizing correspondence and phone messages.
  10. Complete delivery, fax, and courier requests.
  11. Create and maintain both physical and electronic files.
  12. Organize client and employee events as required.
  13. Support client portal maintenance and tender submissions.
  14. Ensure the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience is required.
  • Familiarity with the consulting industry and its customary practices is desirable.
  • You should be proactive, able to take initiative, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, lead a team when required, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
