Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tele Sales Team Head to lead our telesales team in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Ensure the team consistently reaches out to high-quality leads and prospects.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase insurance policy sales over the phone.
  • Team Management and Development: Supervise and motivate the telesales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure telesales agents provide excellent customer service while selling products.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; 5+ years of experience as a Telesales manager or in a similar role; proven leadership skills; strong communication and analytical skills; ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
