About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecostruxure IT Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric Gruppe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion within our target accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Development
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within our target accounts.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion within these accounts.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Collaborate with our EcoStruxure IT LOB and cluster leadership to develop and drive a winning strategy.
    • Build strong relationships within all relevant countries within the cluster, and lead the sales, presales, tendering, and execution/delivery professionals to best address the customer needs.
  • Business Growth
    • Identify business drivers within the account and develop strategies to pursue these.
    • Become the engagement leader for identified major projects, leading a virtual team and adding value to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Commercial Experience
    • Demonstrate deep solution and software sales (direct and indirect) experience.
    • Show a strong track record of capability to manage and grow large accounts.
    • Understand account management, customers, sales channels, and third parties.
    • Demonstrate significant experience in detecting and discussing industry and customer pain points and proposing high-value solutions.
    • Have good technical knowledge of the datacenter industry and ecosystem.
  • Leadership
    • Ability to mobilize and manage networks / remote and virtual teams.
    • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations in a multicultural environment.
    • Ability to understand and animate complex ecosystems of influencers and 'coo-petitors.'
    • Strong initiative, self-starter, and highly organized.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Successful track record in establishing local customer intimacy through connections at executive level and key decision-makers within the customer organization.
    • A strong ability to understand complex requirements, able to clearly communicate client needs, challenge the client on solutions, and translate solutions to business value.
    • Able to politically navigate through an organization; balancing interactions with the key decision-maker and reaching senior executive / C-Level ranks.
    • Strong influencing skills and intercultural skills.
    Requirements
    • Degree essential, preferably in Engineering or a business discipline. Master's qualification desirable.
    • Degree / MBA qualified.
    • Regional / international experience and exposure is mandatory.
    • National and international travel are required.
    • Knowledge of IT and DC industry.
    • Fluency in English. Ability to speak at least one other language (Arabic and/or French) is advantageous.
