Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships.
  • Sales Growth: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Market Development: Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
  • Account Management: Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including business development, support, service, marketing, customer success, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Solution Development: Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Certification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • ITIL Foundation: ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience in enterprise sales or a related position.
  • Sales Skills: Sales experience in IT Service Management and ISO Consultation Services.
  • CRM and Account Management: Hands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems.
  • Sales Performance Metrics: Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Customer-Centric: Customer-centric and good listener.
  • Communication and Presentation: Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing, and presentation skills.
