We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key client accounts on cyber topics.
- Regularly acquire new corporate and government customers to increase profit and ensure growth.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with pre-sales and product teams to cater to these requirements.
- Identify and generate cyber opportunities through cyber partners and RfPs.
- Set short-term plans according to customer requirements to maximize profits.
- Support in generating new customers/clients for Saudi Telecom Company by determining effective sales plans to attract new customers/clients.
- Ensure successful identification and capturing of customer requirements and follow up on customer orders to ensure delivery within requirements.
- Support in negotiation processes and opportunities closures to increase Saudi Telecom Company's revenues and reduce costs.
- Update account plans based on client needs and requirements.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Sales, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Preferred experience of (+3) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
Certifications:
• Professional certification in Account Management is preferred.
Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in business acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in Saudi Telecom Company's products/services.
- Intermediate proficiency in sales planning and process.
- Advanced proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers.
- Intermediate command of sales/account management strategy development and implementation.
