Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Modality Sales Specialist to promote our Computed Tomography (CT) portfolio in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). As a key member of our sales team, you will support account managers and distributors in acquiring and consulting with customers to drive business growth and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote CT products, systems, and services to customers through visits, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned modalities to drive business growth.
  • Deploy programs to districts to drive business for assigned modalities.
  • Drive district business through thorough analysis, planning, execution, and review in close cooperation with the District Manager.
  • Work as part of an account team to ensure results are reached according to account plans.
  • Provide input in the generation of Order intake & sales forecast.
  • Participate in district sales planning exercises and maintain funnel quality for assigned modalities.
  • Provide information about market trends, competitor's sales practices, and potential projects to the responsible Business Manager.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests.
  • Support new product launches.
  • Update stakeholders with customer-facing roles (e.g. District Managers, Account Managers) on product and market developments.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of passionate professionals in the field of imaging system solutions. You will report to the Modality Sales Specialist Lead and work closely with the Business Marketing Manager and local Sales Team to maximize business opportunities within the CT portfolio.

Requirements:

  • University degree. Medical educational or biomedical engineering background would be an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the medical device business in the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with a matrix, multinational environment is a must.
  • 5 years' experience in CT is a must.
  • Professional knowledge and experience in the usage of relevant marketing and sales techniques and tools.
  • Fluent in English and local language, verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent independent negotiation skills, performed within given guidelines and sales plan.
  • High level of business acumen.
  • Readiness for traveling.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
