As a Commercial Events Professional at dmg events, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through exhibition stands, sponsorships, and branding opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and secure new business prospects to contribute to the company's success.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorships to meet set sales targets and ensure revenue goals are achieved.
  • Manage overseas sales agents who sell exhibition stands and sponsorships, working together to meet agreed sales targets.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance, reporting regularly to senior management to inform them of progress.
  • Establish strong relationships with current and potential clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and loyalty.
  • Pursue new business prospects, leveraging your network and expertise to close deals.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales management and account handling.
  • Previous experience in the events or exhibitions industry is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with selling construction products or services is advantageous.
  • A strong understanding of the Middle East market is essential, as is proficiency in Arabic.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and partners across various mediums is crucial.
  • Highly motivated individuals with a desire to take ownership and responsibility to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Ability to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs), using them as motivation to hit and exceed targets.
  • An adaptable and collaborative nature, working effectively with colleagues across the team.
