About the Opportunity:
As a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer at Nybl, you will be instrumental in driving sales success by providing technical expertise to customers. You'll work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, showcase our products through demonstrations and presentations, and design tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your primary focus will be on delivering the right technical solutions, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with sales teams to comprehensively understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  2. Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (PoCs) to exhibit the capabilities of Nybl's products or services.
  3. Design customized solutions that align with each customer's unique needs and challenges.
  4. Lead the development and execution of PoCs, working closely with the customer to showcase the feasibility and value of our solutions.
  5. Provide prompt and accurate technical support to sales teams and potential customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  6. Conduct competitive analysis to gain insights into market trends and positioning, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  7. Gather valuable feedback from customers and communicate insights to the product development teams to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring Nybl remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role, preferably within the AI or SaaS industry.
  3. Expertise in relevant technologies or products, with a deep understanding of AI concepts and applications.
  4. Experience in conducting proof of concepts (PoCs) and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
  7. Experience working with CRM and other sales tools is advantageous.
