The Assistant Corporate Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the corporate finance team in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented finance professional to join a leading global organization and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Manage cash liquidity and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners to secure financial facilities.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to financial processes and procedures.
- Lead on internal governance compliance and risk management.
- Plan and execute financial duties and projects, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage financial metrics and KPIs to drive business performance.
- Provide training and support to staff members on financial processes.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (ACA, CA, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent qualification.
- Accreditation from the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, including accounting, audit, and financial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with proficiency in financial planning software.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
