Administrative Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Technical Projects Specialist to support and execute technology projects within the Project Management Office (PMO) at Experts Vision Consulting | EVC.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, ensure project objectives are met on time, and maintain the highest standards of efficiency and quality in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring technical projects in coordination with the project team.
- Prepare and share periodic progress reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze issues and provide innovative solutions to achieve project goals.
- Manage communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, as required.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of technical solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or Finance.
- Preferably certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Experience in working on technology projects or within a Project Management Office (PMO).
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems and analyze challenges with innovative approaches.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Leadership personality with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
