We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide crucial support to ensure smooth operations and effective management of daily tasks.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
  2. Handle contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and filing contracts
  3. Create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for executives
  5. Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
  6. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents
  7. Assist with general office duties, managing correspondence

Requirements

  • Saudi National (mandatory requirement)
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent contract management skills
  • Demonstrated ability in diary management and scheduling
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-service oriented attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
