Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - Six Flags

About the Job

The Administrative Coordinator - Six Flags will provide comprehensive support to the Division leader, handling various tasks and projects while working collaboratively with other team members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the Line Manager and department teams.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis for the Line Manager and department.
  • Manage mail and prioritize tasks for department mailboxes.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with Park Department heads.
  • Prepare and disseminate reports and meeting minutes.
  • Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and archived records.
  • Support the Line Manager in managing requests and tasks.
  • Procure and manage office supplies.
  • Arrange travel and process expense reports for the Line Manager.
  • Interface with guests regarding concerns, inquiries, compliments, and complaints.
  • Deliver top-notch administrative support, including drafting emails and correspondence.
  • Guarantee adherence to the Record Policy.
  • Design and implement park duty schedules.
  • Distribute and document notes from the Line Manager in staff meetings.
  • Undertake additional duties as directed.
