About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Market Lead – Industrial to join our team in the Middle East. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional service to our Industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute market strategies to grow revenue, expand client relationships, and improve market share.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth and develop plans to capture these opportunities.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Industrial clients through regular communication, site visits, and strategic planning sessions.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Service Delivery and Quality Assurance
    • Oversee the delivery of services to meet or exceed client expectations, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards.
    • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
