">The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions that meet their needs.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Developing and executing business strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships and successful placements.
- Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating terms of business with new clients, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions that meet their needs.
- Providing expert advice on recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and industry trends to clients and stakeholders.
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure seamless experiences for both clients and candidates.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
">- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 360 recruitment within the Energy Process, Infrastructure, or IT sectors in the Middle East.
- Strong experience in business development, client management, and recruitment lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, particularly Bullhorn; fluency in English is required, Arabic is an asset.
