Head of Business Development and Sales

Job Description: The Sales Director is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership abilities to develop and implement sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue growth.

- Proven experience in sales leadership with a track record of success.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
