In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Monitor Solution. You'll be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap while ensuring seamless API integrations and managing strategic partnerships. A successful candidate will champion customer-centricity, ensuring we continuously empower businesses to make informed decisions by turning scattered interactions into contextual, relevant, digestible, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage channels and API partnerships, overseeing updates of key API providers and integration partners.
  • Define and execute the roadmap, prioritizing features for Collect, Understand, and Impact.
  • Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success; facilitate agile ceremonies and product releases.
  • Identify market opportunities, resolve project challenges, and validate enhancements.
  • Leverage tools like JIRA and Confluence to track progress. Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategy.
