    • Organize and format proposals to enhance readability and visual appeal.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in events management and a track record of successful event planning and execution.
  • Previous experience in responding to RFPs and crafting winning proposals is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple RFPs simultaneously.
