3. Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and adjust plans accordingly.

Resource Allocation:
1. Oversee the mobilization and demobilization processes for incoming and outgoing workers, ensuring alignment with the workforce plan.
2. Develop a replacement plan to address workforce turnover, retirement, and project-specific staffing needs.

Workload Analysis:
1. Conduct thorough workload analysis to determine optimal staffing levels for various projects and departments.
2. Identify potential bottlenecks and recommend appropriate staffing adjustments.

HR Analytics and Reports:
1. Utilize HR analytics to generate insights into workforce trends, utilization, and efficiency.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key workforce metrics, including headcount, turnover rates, and productivity.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2. 7+ years of relevant experience in OD, Manpower Planning, or Recruitment.
3. Proven experience in organization development, including organization design, job analysis, policy development, and competency modeling.
4. CIPD, SPHRi, SCP Certificates preferred.
