Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Coordination: Support in creating and raising project requests (PRs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) for all human resources-related projects.
  2. Project Management: Undertake primary responsibility for the daily activities of all people-related projects and ensure timely submission of high-quality services.
  3. Budget Management: Support in controlling and managing the budget for all projects across the people division.
  4. Compliance and Governance: Ensure timely addressing of people governance and audit observations.
  5. Workforce Planning: Support in workforce planning submission for the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) workforce planning management and control adherence.
  6. Headcount Management: Support in workforce planning to manage and control headcount for the Saudi Tourism Authority.
  7. Data Analysis: Support in people data, analytics, and dashboard updates and prepare reports as needed.
  8. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other activities as and when required.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Recommended 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  2. Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent is preferred.
