As a Customer Service Representative at National Blood and Cancer Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and handling incoming calls, emails, or other forms of communication from patients.
  • Responding to patient inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Scheduling patient appointments through various departments, ensuring smooth coordination and minimal waiting times.
  • Assisting with internal calls and providing support to other departments as needed.
  • Following up on missed patients to ensure they receive the necessary care and attention.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the Vezeeta system, the center's website, and WhatsApp with relevant information.
  • Confirming patient appointments for upcoming clinics and coordinating scheduling with doctors.
  • Reminding doctors of scheduled clinics to ensure timely preparation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in call center and reception roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, doctors, and other staff members.
  • Good English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between SAR 6,000 to SAR 8,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and local market conditions.
