**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the facilities management industry, specifically in hard services.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, driving sales, and achieving business growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
