The main task of a Product Specialist is to promote registered Innovative Medicine (IM) products within registered indications to increase IM product access. This is achieved through a multichannel approach, including face-to-face interactions, email, phone calls, and presentations.

Key responsibilities include maximizing patient share of assigned products, achieving market share targets, and promoting IM's image as a scientific transformational digital innovator within assigned accounts.

You will be expected to fulfill all Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) index and KPIs, maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors, and comply with set guidelines, policies, and SOPs of J&J and local regulations.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the patient pathway, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
