The AV Lighting Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering a world-class museum that captivates global audiences and inspires future generations. They will work closely with our expert team of designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of AV and lighting systems that enhance the visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure alignment with the museum's creative and functional vision
* Oversee the installation of advanced lighting and AV equipment, ensuring high-quality execution that meets project requirements
* Develop and manage schedules for AV and lighting system installations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones
* Provide technical assistance during installation and commissioning phases, troubleshooting and ensuring systems operate at optimal performance
* Ensure all AV and lighting systems meet highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality control throughout the project
* Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to procure and install AV and lighting systems on time and within budget
* Coordinate training for museum staff to operate and maintain AV and lighting systems after project completion, ensuring smooth transition

About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled mid-senior level professional with 7+ years of experience in AV and lighting coordination, preferably in museum, exhibition, or large-scale fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree or certification in AV technology, lighting design, electrical engineering, or a related field. They must possess strong organizational and scheduling abilities, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.
