Sales & Business Development Director

Job Summary
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales strategies and leadership. As a Sales & Operations Manager at CARE, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new business opportunities, achieving account profitability and sales targets.
You will serve as the primary account contact, providing leadership and guidance to your team. Additionally, you will act as deputy to the head of PTS during their absence, taking on key responsibilities and making strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Industry Analysis: Continuously review the Foodservice industry to identify areas of growth, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Team Coaching: Provide coaching to your team to help them achieve operational goals and drive results.
- Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key clients and decision makers within Foodservice Provider Companies.
- Time Management: Organize and maintain your time effectively, completing deadlines and utilizing internal information and databases efficiently.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare RTM (Route-to-Market) reports and analyze financial performance throughout the year to achieve yearend targets.
- Business Development: Identify future business opportunities and develop relationships with key FSP decision makers.
- Account Management: Assemble Key Account Management Reports for quarterly business reviews with various Foodservice Provider companies.
- Company Knowledge: Develop knowledge of COSTA Foodservice within FSP/client Companies by building strategic relations with senior management.
- Business Implementation: Support the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of the Business of Costa in KSA.
- Distribution Management: Responsible for Distribution-No SKU stocked.
- Business Propositions: Develop and implement appropriate business propositions for clients and support new locations that fit our business modules.
- Sales and Budget Management: Develop, Review, Analyze and Manage Sales & Budget.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze monthly / yearly sales targets, performance and develop a clear business plan.
- Market Sector Analysis: Analyze monthly / yearly sales targets by market sector, key organizations/companies target.
- Financial Planning: Develops and manages budgets, forecasts, and strategy to ensure that the RTM channel achieves targeted sales, goals, and objectives.
- Accountability: Has accountability for the sales results of a ledger of National RTM accounts – driving new accounts/account retention and growth of existing Foodservice business.
- Forecasting: Assist building yearly forecast of products & machines required for the business.

- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Excellent Microsoft knowledge (Excel – Word – PowerPoint).
Work Experience:
- 5-8 years foodservice Sales Experience in KSA.
- Hospitality sales experience is a plus.
