We are looking for an exceptional Customer Relationship Manager who can lead our service delivery team and maintain strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, and managing budgets.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required. 10 years of experience in managed services and SLA, along with a PMP certificate, is highly desirable.
