Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing system admin support services and functions, particularly in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment. You will serve as a Microsoft SME and collaborate with the Engineering team to define and execute mission technical strategy and technical analysis and design.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud strategy.
- Manage and optimize device management tools, ensuring policies and procedures are established for device management.
- Monitor system hardware, operating systems, and software systems to optimize reliability and uptime, and update accordingly.
- Provide Tier 2 helpdesk support related to computer provisioning, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in working with Microsoft-based solutions.
- Expertise in Endpoint Management related services such as Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, Office365, GPO Management, Windows Desktop/Server Operating Systems, and PowerShell.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus.
- Must have experience in leading major changes.
- Certifications relevant within the area of responsibility for the position are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have a valid US Passport.
- Must obtain medical clearances from the Department of State's Medical Bureau.
