Job Overview
We are a leading provider of cloud and infrastructure solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, with a focus on cloud computing and cybersecurity solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and articulating the value proposition of cloud and infrastructure solutions to prospective clients.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Drive customer satisfaction and ensure long-term client retention.
- Product and Solution Expertise: Pitch for cybersecurity services solutions by educating customers about emerging threats and suggesting solutions like XDR, EDR, SOC, NOC.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of IT sales experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, or related domains.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, IT infrastructure solutions, and cybersecurity products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
