We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team in Riyadh as an HR Operations Manager. With a strong presence in the Saudi market, our client is a leading international consulting firm that provides a wide range of services to clients across various industries.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our client's HR operations in Saudi Arabia, working closely with the HR Director and other senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Staff Management: Handle staff social insurance & medical insurance, manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, handle hiring processes (hiring documents, onboarding & offboarding), and ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations, conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback to employees, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training and development programs for employees, manage employee benefits and compensation programs, and develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and hotel reservations.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and performance management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
