Senior Manager, Business Growth

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Defining strategic goals and liaising with business partners and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
- Managing stakeholder expectations, requirements, and identifying how they can impact the business
- Developing a network of contacts to attract new clients and oversee growth projects
- Coordinating departmental research on market insights, industry trends, competing organizations, customer demographics, and new technologies
- Generating sales projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income
- Creating financial models, generating pitch decks, and preparing fully-fledged proposals for higher-level staff to review
- Setting KPIs for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Reporting and proposing interventions to leadership regarding business development and its way forward
- Attending professional conferences and industry events for lead generation
- Managing the full-cycle sales process and leading client negotiations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 9 years of proven track records in a similar position in management consultancy (or professional services) within a Business Development function
- Extensive experience in sales development and client negotiations within a large, global organization
- A Bachelor's degree in a field such as economics, business management, information technology, or a related discipline
- Full professional command in English and Arabic
- Ability to work in our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
