We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and success in our dynamic organization.

About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Telecommunication, Construction, and Private Sector industries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-value contracts and managing relationships with major clients. They must possess strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently with a strategic mindset and focus on results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Understand market trends and customer needs to position our products/services effectively.
  3. Negotiate contracts and close deals with large corporate clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving long-term business growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, specifically with Telecommunication, Construction, or Private Sector companies.
