Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and success in our dynamic organization.
About the Role:- This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Telecommunication, Construction, and Private Sector industries.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-value contracts and managing relationships with major clients. They must possess strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently with a strategic mindset and focus on results.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand market trends and customer needs to position our products/services effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with large corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving long-term business growth.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, specifically with Telecommunication, Construction, or Private Sector companies.
