Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Direct Sales Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving business growth through the sale of Dell Technologies' innovative solutions.
Your primary objective will be to develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline health to senior leadership
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 5-8 years of experience selling technology solutions
- Expert knowledge of market trends impacting Dell Technologies customers
- Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
