Job Overview: We're seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our ecommerce and retail sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and execute winning sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  2. Lead and Motivate Sales Teams: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Explore New Business Opportunities: Identify and seize new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  4. Market Insights and Analysis: Utilize market insights and data analysis to refine sales approaches and optimize sales performance.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  6. CRM and OMS Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM and OMS system to streamline lead generation, order fulfillment, and customer management.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership, with a strong preference for candidates with a proven track record in the automotive industry.
  3. Leadership and Team Management: Extensive experience in sales leadership, client acquisition, managing teams, and exceeding revenue targets in the online automotive sector.
  4. Industry Expertise: Expertise in ecommerce and retail industries, with a strong understanding of online automotive market dynamics and industry trends.
  5. Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and Order management system, with strong data analysis, sales forecasting, and budget management skills.
