Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital media and influencers marketing, with a strong ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategy

Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives, focusing on digital media and influencers marketing.

Lead Sales Team

Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.

Establish Sales Quotas and Metrics

Establish and manage sales quotas, territories, and performance metrics to drive revenue growth and ensure sales team success.

Analyze Market Trends

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Develop Sales Plans and Campaigns

Develop and execute effective sales plans and campaigns to generate leads and convert them into customers, leveraging personal experience and industry knowledge.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth.

Negotiate and Close Deals

Negotiate and close deals with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Delegate Tasks and Provide Feedback

Delegate challenging tasks that promote skill development and growth, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to support team members in their roles.

Manage Conflict and Build Trust

Identify potential areas of conflict and take preventive measures to address them, creating a culture of open communication and trust within the team.

Evaluate Effectiveness and Share Learnings

Evaluate the effectiveness of decisions and share learnings with the team, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements

  1. Experience in Digital Media and Influencers Marketing

6+ years of relevant experience in digital media and influencers marketing, with direct client experience along with media agencies.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate clients and advocate for product adoption based on client requirements.

Advanced Excel and Analytical Skills

Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with experience analyzing data-sets and delivering actionable insights for clients.
