Job Description
The IT Service Delivery Specialist at Giza Systems will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of IT services to our clients. This includes identifying and addressing technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Perform routine checks on IT systems to identify potential issues before they impact clients.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of client IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk operations.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
