About the Role

The Cybersecurity Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of cybersecurity products and services for INTECH Automation & Intelligence. This role involves consultative selling, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams: Collaborate with the marketing team and digital solutions product unit to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Needs Assessment and Solution Provision: Understand client needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned account's cybersecurity sector.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Sales Forecasts and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales director.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and market trends.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Client Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • CRM and Sales Analytics: Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Skills
  • Cybersecurity Certifications: Professional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM).
  • SaaS and Cloud-Based Solutions: Experience with SaaS and cloud-based cybersecurity solutions.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity.
  • Industry 4.0 and Digitalization: Knowledge of Industry 4.0 / digitalization initiatives and technologies.
