Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Takamol Holding. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities across various sectors.

Your primary focus will be on market analysis, strategic planning, and managing the full lifecycle of business opportunities. This includes proposal submission, contract negotiations, and overseeing the business development and project management teams.

You will also lead select initiatives and develop new business opportunities by engaging with sector regulators, industry leaders, and government entities. Additionally, you will establish KPIs to track business growth, proposal success rates, and revenue contributions from secured contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in relevant industries.
  • Business Opportunity Development: Develop new business opportunities by engaging with sector regulators, industry leaders, and government entities.
  • Etimad Platform Management: Identify and track tenders, evaluate financial proposals (under your direct management), and collaborate with the advisory team on technical proposals.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of business proposals, ensuring compliance with sector regulations and requirements.
  • Revenue Growth: Establish KPIs to track business growth, proposal success rates, and revenue contributions from secured contracts.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the business development and project management teams, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of strategic initiatives.
