Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to promote decorative products and achieve sales budget targets.
  • Execute sales policies and marketing activities according to company rules to support business growth, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Follow up on collections as per assigned targets to ensure healthy company working capital.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and provide high-quality service while addressing customer complaints.
  • Create and maintain data in the CRM system and ensure its active use.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service while responding to inquiries and introducing products to dealers, projects, and developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the sales industry; retail sales are preferable.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English – both verbally and written.
