Main Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Asterix Communications. The successful candidate will play a key role in the Finance Department, providing strong financial reporting, business partnering, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Finance Team to deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including month-end and year-end forecasts, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets.
  2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly revenues, including invoiced, accrued, and deferred revenues, to ensure accurate financial figures.
  4. Recommend necessary adjusting entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  5. Develop and maintain cost control and analysis reports to track and analyze costs associated with transactional business and specific products.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
  7. Provide timely and relevant financial information to support business planning and decision-making.
  8. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B fintech/SaaS environment. Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with accounting software. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and organized approach to problem-solving and time management. Experience with ERP systems. Familiarity with SaaS/Fintech business models and their financial dynamics.
